Why consistency beats intensity

The supplement aisle often rewards the biggest number on the front of the bottle. That is not always the most useful way to think.
For vitamin D, consistency matters because the body handles it over time. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements notes that vitamin D is fat soluble, participates in calcium absorption, and has established intake ranges and upper limits. The point is not to chase the loudest label. The point is to understand what a daily amount is doing and stay within evidence-based boundaries.
On Call D3 uses 50 mcg, 2,000 IU, of algae-sourced vitamin D3 in one gummy. On Call B-12 uses 500 mcg of cyanocobalamin in one gummy. They are simple by design: familiar nutrients, clear servings, no oversized story around them.
That is a less dramatic idea than most supplement marketing. It is also more useful.
