Where we ship

Through this website we currently ship to the United States and Canada. For international orders, please shop the On Call Gummies Amazon Store.

Rates

We offer standard shipping, calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Processing

Most orders ship within one business day. Orders placed Friday afternoon ship the following Monday.

Delivery

Standard delivery is typically 3 to 5 business days in the US once your order ships, and a little longer to Canada.

Tracking

You will get a tracking email as soon as your label is created. If tracking has not updated in 48 hours, email us and we will look into it.

Lost packages

If a tracked package shows delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your building first. If it is still missing after 3 days, email us and we will work with the carrier to file a claim.
