Why we exist
Vitamins shouldn't shout. They should work.
Walk down any supplement aisle and the labels are shouting. 5,000 IU. 10,000 mcg. As if a bigger number on the bottle meant a better result.
It rarely does. Your body uses a steady, sensible amount of each vitamin, and the rest is either stored or passed straight through. The dose that quietly works is almost never the one printed loudest on the label.
So we built On Call around the evidence instead. 2,000 IU of plant-based D3. 500 mcg of B-12. Two clearly stated amounts, selected from the published evidence and explained without a bigger-is-better claim.

50 mcg (2,000 IU) per gummy. The NIH adult RDA is 15 mcg (600 IU) through age 70 and 20 mcg (800 IU) after age 70. The adult upper limit is 100 mcg (4,000 IU).

500 mcg of cyanocobalamin. Absorption changes with dose and clinical context, and the 2005 dose-finding trial did not establish one universal dose.
